HubSpot Integration

Hyper AI integrates with HubSpot to automatically sync demo session data to your CRM. When a prospect completes a demo with your AI agent, their contact information is pushed directly to HubSpot — and you can map qualification answers to any HubSpot contact property you choose.

01 — Permissions

Required HubSpot permissions

This integration requests the following HubSpot OAuth scopes. You will be prompted to authorize these when connecting your account.

02 — How it works

What happens after a demo

Once connected, the integration runs automatically with no manual steps required. Here's the full data flow:

Connect via OAuth

Connect your HubSpot account to Hyper AI through the Integrations page using secure OAuth authorization. No API keys or tokens to manage manually.

Contact is created or updated

When a prospect completes a demo, Hyper AI automatically creates or updates a contact in HubSpot with the lead's name, email, company, phone, and job_title. Records are matched by email address.

Qualification answers are mapped to properties

For each qualification question in your AI agent, you can map the answer to any HubSpot contact property using the property picker — so your CRM is populated exactly the way your team needs it.

UTM parameters are synced

If UTM parameters were captured during the session (utm_source, utm_campaign, etc.), they are included in the sync so you can track which campaigns drive the most engaged demo prospects.

Sales team takes action

Your sales team can immediately see demo activity on the contact timeline in HubSpot and take action based on AI-generated insights — no manual handoff needed.

03 — Field Mapping

Map qualification answers to HubSpot properties

After connecting your HubSpot account, go to each qualification question in your AI agent settings. You will see a HubSpot property picker that lets you select which HubSpot contact property should receive that answer.

This allows you to route qualification data — such as company size, use case, or budget — directly into the right fields in your CRM without any manual work.

04 — Setup & Configuration

Getting connected

You need an active Hyper AI account and Super Admin or Admin access to your HubSpot portal to install this integration.

After installing the integration, go to the Hyper AI dashboard and navigate to Integrations. Click Connect next to HubSpot and authorize access to your account. Once connected, all future demo sessions will automatically sync to HubSpot.

Contacts are matched by email address, and new records are created automatically when no match is found. You can disconnect the integration at any time from the Hyper AI Integrations page or from your HubSpot account settings under Settings → Integrations → Connected apps.

05 — Troubleshooting

Frequently asked questions

Make sure the demo session captured a valid email address. Hyper AI uses email as the primary key to match or create contact records. If the prospect didn't provide an email during the session, no record will be synced.
Check that you have selected a HubSpot property for each question in the qualification question settings. Questions without a mapped property are not included in the sync.
Go to Integrations in the Hyper AI dashboard and click Disconnect next to HubSpot. You can also remove the app directly from your HubSpot account under Settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
