How the Data Flows

Here's exactly what happens from the moment a prospect starts a demo to when the data lands in your CRM:

Prospect starts demo
The AI agent greets the prospect, collects their name and email, and begins the product walkthrough.
Qualification questions answered
During the demo, the agent collects answers to your configured qualification questions: company size, use case, timeline, current solution, budget range.
Demo completes, score calculated
Hyper AI calculates a lead score based on qualification answers and your ideal customer profile criteria.
CRM record created/updated in <5 seconds
Contact or lead record is created (or updated if the email already exists). Full transcript is attached. Custom fields are populated. Workflows/sequences are triggered.
Slack notification fires (if configured)
Your team gets a real-time alert with the prospect summary, lead score, and a direct link to the transcript. Hot leads (score above threshold) trigger an @channel mention.

Setting Up Integrations

All integrations are configured from the Hyper AI dashboard under Settings → Integrations. The setup is OAuth-based — no API keys to manage, no developer required.

Salesforce & HubSpot

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce (or HubSpot)
  2. Click "Connect" and authorize via OAuth
  3. Map Hyper AI fields to your CRM fields (or use our defaults)
  4. Configure which lead status / lifecycle stage to set on demo completion
  5. Save — integrations apply to all future demos immediately

Slack

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Slack
  2. Click "Add to Slack" and select the destination channel
  3. Set your notification preferences: all demos, or only demos above a lead score threshold
  4. Configure the notification format — full summary or compact
  5. Save — your first notification will fire on the next completed demo

Custom Webhooks

For teams on platforms not listed above, Hyper AI supports custom webhooks. After each demo, we POST a JSON payload to your endpoint containing all demo data — contact details, transcript, qualification scores, and timestamps. This enables integration with any CRM, marketing automation platform, or internal system.
